We are all IDF soldiers, injured in combat for the State of Israel and the Jewish people worldwide, helping each other to reclaim our lives.

It takes a community to bring an injured soldier back to life.

We are Jews, Druze and Bedouin, Ethiopian and Russian, Ashkenazi and Sephardi,
religious and secular, men and women. We are the protectors of Israel and the Jewish people.

To lift up an injured soldier and help them move on from their pain and injuries,
from emotional torment and inner turmoil, takes the strength and love of many.

In Israel, our community of injured soldiers goes into action the moment
a brother or sister is injured in combat. We race to his\her hospital bed and,
from then on, that soldier never feels alone.

We make the journey back to life together, leaning on each other as we undergo
physical therapy and emotional counseling; as we share group trips where we can
just be ourselves and bond; as we receive career guidance, training opportunities,
and much more to help our injured soldiers along their way.

There is an understanding between injured soldiers that transcends words –
we instinctively know what help is needed. And we will move mountains for each other
to provide it. This is the basis of our soldier-to-soldier approach.

There are no psychiatrists, psychologists or social workers in the organization.
So deep is the instinct and ability to help in the right way, that it is solely the
wounded soldiers who develop all the Brothers for Life programs in Israel and
run the entire organization. The outcome is an impact that is deep, powerful and long-lasting.

We Are Brothers. For Life.
